Innate Wisdom

Today she was soo happy. She woke up naturally around 5 AM. Mindfully being there with whatever task she did. She was able to put her shoes in and directly went for a run to the nearest park.  She fully experienced the inner happiness. Slowly, she was munching her oat, almonds, and cranberries. Intentionally move the cranberries with her tongue from one side to another, feeling sweet and sour. At night she was feeling so enough like this representation of her ideal life.  Everything seemed soo flawless.

Conversely, the next day she felt suffocated. She woke up at 10 AM. Rushing for a shower and started her work. She was late for the meeting, and everyone was looking at him sarcastically. Right in the afternoon, the owner of her apartment was yelling at her. At 11 PM, her roommates canceled her plan to pick her up at the office. She realized this was the pattern of her life. One day she feels so high, and another day like the world is dragging her down. Then, what changes that she made?

She was struggling to explore and find the higher-self, and in the end, she made it!

As we knew, this was as innate intelligence. An inner force that fully driven the Self. She was striving for the Self. However, the only thing that people realized is "Transformation." The process and the struggles will have remained as a treasure. The intuition leads her life. Not everyone can adjust the self to a higher-frequency level, and not everyone has prepared for a new self and reality. Without realizing it, most people are stuck in their places, history, beliefs, and habits.

Therefore it's important to have a treasure map that prompts you to watch along the path.  In the journey of creating this map, being honest and open is important. It would be best if you talked to yourself every day like you talk to your date. Embraced the vulnerability that comes with undefended visibility. BE comfortable with being seen for who you are - flaws, mistakes, talents, and soul.

This is the journey. This is the process. If you are struggling now,  being happy in one day and being good in the next day. You are trapped in the idea of Good Day and Bad Day! It's good!. You are processing, develop the ability to "see-through"! Be transparent! Transformation is not a sudden occurrence, it is the natural continuation of a process. People will process in their own pace, people may experience this as sudden exciting innovation, magical solutions, the perfect company to do the invention may other feel overwhelmed.
